After falling into the trap of modern life we decided that it was NOT for us.
So, we made the appropriate adjustments (personally and professionally) bought a really old boat, and did a Shakedown in the Fall/Winter 2013-14.
After returning home we decided that we wanted to cruise full time. So we sold all of our material belongings, rented our house and made our way back to our boat.
It didn't happen overnight. There was so much time and energy and separation to make it happen. But we did it.
This is our family's journey to the elusive 'there'. Wherever 'there' is, we are going together. Spending time, making memories, and loving life.
